Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at SocialSmoke.com. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. When shopping online, if the order total is more than the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by credit card. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase. Sales tax, where applicable, will be applied at the time of redemption. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies.

Please note all orders are subject to a verification process and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer’s financial institution may cause delay.

We are not responsible for Social Smoke Digital Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser's failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Service if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Social Smoke Digital Gift Card. Should an email be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information, we will contact the purchaser for a corrected email address.

Reasons for Failed Delivery
In the event that the recipient email address has been checked and confirmed, yet the Social Smoke Digital Gift Card has still not been received, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery might have failed:

  1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
  2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email
  3. Email inbox is over size limit
  4. Invalid email address

If your spam filter is blocking sales@socialsmoke.com emails from getting to your inbox you will need to modify your email options so that sales@socialsmoke.com emails are not considered spam. Below are two examples on how to modify your spam filters, for Yahoo and Hotmail, but the principle should be the same for all email service providers.
