Product Orders
All orders placed through the website are subject to SOCIAL SMOKE's
acceptance, which is in its sole discretion. Without limitation, this means
that SOCIAL SMOKE may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or
not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole
discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit
card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled,
SOCIAL SMOKE shall issue a credit to your credit card account.
International Shipping Information
All Social Smoke orders are shipped discretely in a standard brown shipping
box with Order Fulfillment as the sender/return address to ensure privacy
and secure transportation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
It is Social Smoke policy to accurately declare all items when making
customs declarations for all international orders. As a customer of Social
Smoke you understand that we are providing a product and service that might
not be available in your local market or are providing a product or service
at a substantial savings. By placing an order you agree and accept all risks
and liabilities for importing tobacco into your country. Social Smoke is not
responsible for knowing or enforcing tobacco product importation laws of
your home country, it is your responsibility to know your local laws and
abide by them.
When you order from Social Smoke
Shipping Carriers
To find out the shipping rate to your country, please select your desired
products and proceed through checkout. Once you have entered in your
shipping address, our website will generate rates for US Postal Service as
well as UPS and you can then proceed through the payment and completion of
your order.
General Shipping Notes
No international shipment is time definite guaranteed. If you need your
items by an exact date, please purchase them somewhere local. We ship out
international orders daily ensure timely shipment; however, delays do occur
in international shipments as the package proceeds from one country to the
next. Often times the delay is caused by the receiving countries customs
department. These delays are entirely out of our hands and beyond our
control. By shipping using the US Postal Service the time to delivery is not
time guaranteed and the US Postal Service tracking system is less than
stellar. If you are however in a rush, then we advise you to use our Express
services since statistically it is a much faster service.
In the event that a package is lost or stolen, we do ensure all packages for
loss or theft however, there is a wait time while the shipping company
completes their investigation and our insurance claim is processed before we
can reship the order. This typically takes from 1-2 weeks with UPS but can
take up to six weeks US Postal Service.
Return / Refund Policy
All orders from Social Smoke, Inc (Social Smoke Hookahs) may be returned
within 30 days for a full refund with the exception of the products listed
below. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines
described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Call toll free (800) 507-0399 to
obtain an RMA# from a Social Smoke representative.
All returned merchandise must be in absolutely new and unused condition and in the original packaging including accessories, bonus extras, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Once the return package has been received and examined by Social Smoke for completeness, the correct refund amount will be issued back to you in the same payment method made when placing the order. Any discrepancies or damage must be notified to Social Smoke within 3 business days of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Social Smoke is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Social Smoke cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
There is absolutely NO RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARRIVE TO SOCIAL SMOKE DAMAGED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS PROTECTED BY INSURANCE. WE ARE SAYING THIS FROM EXPERIENCE. ITEMS SHIPPED VIA UPS ARE ONLY COVERED FOR $100.00, UNLESS ADDITIONAL INSURANCE IS PURCHASED.
