Ordering from Social Smoke

Placing an order on SocialSmoke.com is quick and easy.

Products
Products on SocialSmoke.com are grouped in related categories. In order to find the product you are looking for you can either browse the category by clicking on the category name on the drop down menu or you can select from the subcategories that appear. If you know what product you are looking for, typically the fastest way to find it is via the "SEARCH" box, located in the upper part of every page of the store. Once you have found a product of interest click on the product image or name to access more information, see the available options, or purchase the product.

Purchasing
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart by clicking on "Cart". If you decide that you don't want a particular product click "Remove". You may also update the quantity of any item in your shopping cart by updating the number and clicking on "Update" Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.

Shipping and Billing
After clicking "CHECKOUT," you'll need to provide your billing and shipping information, (be sure to note: billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement), choose a shipping method, and select your method of payment. Due to increases in fraudulent activity Social Smoke reserves the right to require additional safeguards and verification for orders using a separate billing and shipping address.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and SocialSmoke.com gift cards. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. Please make sure to include a contact phone number where you can easily be reached. In the event that a question or problem with your order arises having a good contact number to reach you can greatly speed up your orders delivery time.

Review and Place Your Order
Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "SUBMIT" button. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation page with your order number. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail message containing the details of your order. Please review your confirmation e-mail for correctness.

Changes / Cancelations
You may change or cancel a retail order placed with Social Smoke that has not been processed and shipped out. Once an order has been processed should you choose to cancel your order you will not be refunded your shipping & handling fees.

Returns / Exchanges
There is no returns or exchanges on used merchandise. New and unused merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise in new and unused condition will only be eligible to be returned for store credit. Your return will be processed within 48 hours of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

New and unused merchandise can be exchanged for any other product or returned for any reason within 30 days from the ship date. Any remaining credit after the exchange will be refunded based on the original form of payment. If after 30 days credit will be given in the form of store credit. If there is a balance after the exchange, the difference will be charged to your credit card before the items are shipped.

Price Adjustments
Social Smoke has a one-time product price adjustment policy. If an item purchased on the socialsmoke.com web site is marked down or otherwise offered at a lower price on the socialsmoke.com web site within 30 days after your order date, you may contact us with your order number, item name, and current advertised sale price to request a credit. "Deal of the day" specials are not eligible to be price matched or adjusted.

Enabling Cookies
You can still browse the store without enabling cookies, but in order to add items to the shopping cart and to check out from our store you need to set your browser to accepting cookies.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Social Smoke utilizes 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your sensitive data. No credit card information is stored on our servers, so there is no chance your personal information can be compromised.
