Redemption
Gift cards are only redeemable at Social Smoke for orders placed on SocialSmoke.com. If the order total is more than the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by credit card. If your order total is less than your gift card's balance, any unused amount shall remain at your disposal for future SocialSmoke.com purchases.

Returns
SocialSmoke.com gift cards may not be returned or cancelled after gift card or digital gift card has been delivered. Any purchase paid for or in part with a gift card will be refunded back in the form of a gift card first prior to refunding your credit card.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
If your SocialSmoke.com gift card is lost or stolen the original purchaser or the recipient listed on the original order may request a replacement card. In the event that a physical gift card is lost or stolen the replacement gift card will be converted to a digital format.

Suspicious Activity
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order including orders paid for via gift card should we notice fraud or other suspicious activity.
