Refund information for SocialSmoke.com
- Your return will be processed within 48 hours of being received at our
warehouse.
- Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment and you
will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please
allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
- If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment,
balance will first be applied to the credit card up to the original amount
charged, and then to the Gift Card or Product Voucher.
- Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that
an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we
will also include shipping charges in your refund.
- Gift-packaging charges cannot be refunded.
- Website products placed on a temporary markdown (sale items) are eligible
for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the
date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on the original
form of payment. Website products placed on permanent markdown (clearance
or "last chance" items) are not eligible for price adjustments.
