Shipping and Handling Costs
Shipping and Handling costs are based off of real time calculated
shipping rates from UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service. These rates are designed to
cover the actual shipping costs including materials and non obvious costs
such as fuel surcharges, Dimensional Weight Surcharges levied by shipping
companies. Social Smoke does not profit from or otherwise make money off the
rates we charge for shipping on our SocialSmoke.com
Terms and Conditions
The Order Subtotal is the cost of all of the products in the shopping
cart, which reflects any product discounts. The Order Subtotal excludes shipping,
taxes and promotion codes.
Shipping charges are calculated after all discounts codes have been applied to the order.
If the Order Subtotal qualifies for a promotional shipping rate, any promotional codes or discounts applied will reduce the Order Total and may no longer qualify for the promotional shipping rate unless additional item(s) are added to the order.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards always ship for free.
If you are buying Gift Cards, the value of the cards will apply towards the Order Subtotal. If you are redeeming Gift Cards, this will not impact your Order Subtotal (they apply as a form of payment against your final Order Total).

Ground Service
Properly completed orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, however
most of the time orders received prior to 12 p.m. CST are shipped the same
business day. A business
day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are estimated to take
1-5 days to deliver; therefore customers can expect to receive their order in
2-7 business days, depending on the final destination.
3 Day Express
All attempts will be made to process all properly completed orders received prior to
12 p.m. CST the same business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 3 business days after the order is shipped. Therefore,
it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 3-4 business days.
Second Day
All attempts will be made to process all properly completed orders received prior to
12 p.m. CST the same business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 2 business days after the order is shipped. Therefore,
it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 2-3 business days.
Next Day
All attempts will be made to process all properly completed orders received
prior to 12 p.m. CST the same business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 1 business day after the order is shipped. Therefore,
it is estimated that customer will receive orders in 1-2 business days.
Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged
product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. For
shipping and handling charge refunds without a receipt, you must provide the
original order number.
