Purchase History Status
The following order status definitions will help you understand your SocialSmoke.com
Purchase History better (for registered members of SocialSmoke.com only). If you are
a registered member, you may view your Purchase History under My Account. If
you would like to register and have access to this benefit, select the My Account
link at the top of any store page on SocialSmoke.com.
Pending - Your order has been placed on the site, but your credit card has not been charged and items
have yet to ship.
Partially Shipped - The order has been charged against your credit card and it is in some stage of the shipping process.
Shipped - Every item on your order has shipped.
Cancelled or Please Call - All items on your order were cancelled prior to
shipment. Most likely due to a failure in processing your credit card.
All shipping methods are completed on business days only, Monday-Friday. We appreciate your patience and we will get these items
to you as quickly as possible.
