I just got my Hookah in today and it is amazing. With the Three Kings coals and the Starbuzz tobacco it is amazing. When it got here the first thing i did was wash it then smoke it. And i could smell the Starbuzz through the box. I will not hesitate to deal with Social Smoke Hookah ever.

First off, I want to say, the level of service I received was far beyond what I would expect of any company (thank you to Ali for helping me through my purchasing decisions). I ended up ordering the Social Smoke Titan VI. I have tried to stay away from any more than 3 hoses in the past as it becomes too difficult to fight the other hoses for a good pull. But, with the size of the opening of this base, this six hose hits like a good one or two hose every time. The smoke comes out thick and full of flavor, unlike other hookahs I've experienced in the past that offer no more than a slightly harsh, less flavorful smoke. I would definitely recommend the Social Smoke Titan hookahs to anyone looking to optimize their smoking experience. The quality of the Social Smoke hookahs are above others and with competitive prices, you cant lose.

Amazing service and selection. Ordered on Wednesday, Shipped on Thursday, and Received on Friday. Opening that box was the best birthday present I think I have ever had. And opening the bag with the hookah in it, there were just so many things in it, took forever to pull them all out.

I recently ordered a 24" Egyptian hookah from you guys and let me just say its one of the nicest I've seen. In addition, the customer service I received was phenomenal. I ordered my hookah on a Friday night and to my horror realized I had put down my home address and not the college address where i currently live, I quickly shot off an email (at about midnight) fearing for the worst. At 10 am on Saturday I received an email in return saying that everything was fixed. That's it. why is this special? because every other online store I've heard of or used would just have told me that that was my fault and not their concern. I was even more surprised when three days after I received the shipping notification, my beautiful hookah arrived. Three days, exactly what they said it would be.

I would like to start by saying I am now a regular customer of Social Smoke, and would like to say that when you normally deal with a company you usually get the automated response during phone calls. But that's not true here for this company. For every time I have called I have always been greeted by A live human being, and I'll tell you in my opinion that's doing an above and beyond customer service job. Now for the ordering process I've placed several orders with Social Smoke and for all the orders I've placed I've only had one mistake, now i understand this may sound bad but then again not true, what Social Smoke has done that impressed me beyond normal means is after I received the wrong order not once but twice that's right twice, But that's not bad because of what they have done to correct the problems was First I contacted them by Phone and notified them of the problem and promptly and thoroughly they tracked down when and where it happened and even called me back to tell me my correct order was being sent via now get this "2 Day Delivery" now that's service.
